De'Bella, who's no longer with Redlight District, said she started up a production company of her own along with her boyfriend. De'Bella's, who's getting a divorce from her husband Larry who also worked at Redlight, said she was let go by the company the same day she asked for an office in a different location of the building.
"But they told me it was due to a decrease in DVD sales," she says. "That's all they would say. I got pushed out. They took the man over the woman."
De'Bella said now that she's going through her divorce,
she's talking again to her daughter. According to De'Bella, their falling out came when Jewel felt it unnecessary for her to sell movies on the "mom" aspect.
"She blamed me for playing off her," said De'Bella. "But I didn't do that."
Although she's often paired with them, De'Bella said working with young guys was not her thing and that she prefers older men who know what they're doing.
And now she's just doing g-g scenes and solo.If she were going to give advice to new girls coming into the business, De'Bella said, "If you don't enjoy it, don't do it. It can play mind games with you."
"Be open and honest with your parents," she also advises.
On the subject of drugs, De'Bella admits that she took them to get through her D.P.s but is no longer doing those scenes.
"Please don't do it if you have to do drugs to get through it," she said.
De'Bella's also starting up a talent agency and has applied for a license.
