There is no way to make that comparison since we don't know how many of these women that would have killed themselves even if they hadn't recieved breast implants. Surely the group of women decides to get breast implants are less happy about their bodies than the group that stay natural. Breast implants can still lower the suicide rate in the former group even though said rate is still higher than for the latter group.
