I was looking at a news headline this morning that read: "Sierra Leone votes in test of post-war recovery" and I was wondering who the porn star "Sierra Leone" is.

Take one fresh, unspoiled Sunny Leone (you'll find it in the Indian foods section of your local supermarket), and liberally soak it in bong water. Sprinkle some cannabis and crystal meth on top, then pop it in the oven on a high heat and cook it until it completely melts down.
