Out of curiosity what's the realistic possibility of getting the full award of that monetary judgment, let alone even a piece of it? I really have not the faintest clue how collecting monetary awards like this works so maybe a few of the lawyers around here can elaborate.

The guy's based out of Canada, right? How do the seizure laws work with a copyright case like this and international borders? Does Interpol get involved? (Given that their name is always put in the beginning of those FBI copyright warnings in videos?)

I'm really curious about this as it's about time the industry does something about piracy, but to think a two-bit operation will have $11 million in cash or assets is a bit much. How likely is it the guilty party will default and what type of actions can be taken to collect?
