The show had the premise that the pornstars were going to fuck the guys who had the magic tickets (like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory minus the candy bars) however the guys picked were in fact married and panic-stricken that they would be caught.
If the guys were willing they would have gone on a date with the female and then to the room, this is where it may have been implied, for the show, they had sex ... I am not sure of the exact details.
