No prob. I picked up that little gem in Interpersonal Communications 101. ("No one can make you feel anything. If someone does something, you can feel angry, or upset or sad... But those are your reactions, your feelings. You have to examine why you feel that way and address that. It isn't the other person's fault. Taking responsibility for your own emotions allows people to explore differences without accusations. I.E., you made me cry, you made me mad, you made me... Because only YOU can effect your own emotions in that fashion.")

I loved that class. Taught me a lot about dealing with people.
