The US governments pseudo 1/2 Blitzkrieg - 1/2 Fabian strategy of attacking porners is fucked ... it's obvious what they are trying to do...they know that the odds of them WINNING a conviction outright are low, but by forcing these people to spend a shitload of cash to defend themselves, even if they lose or the case is thrown out, they can cripple or outright bankrupt these individuals and companies.
