Chavez is an obvious, tip-of-the-iceberg example of world leaders who think Bush (and the "trickle-down" economic philosophy of the Republican party) is laughable.

Venezuela is not going to launch their fleet and invade America (though, I would be willing to sacrifice Florida if they did [snicker]).

BTW, I think Sean Penn is a GREAT actor, but, as with a lot of great actors, seems knuckleheaded without a script...
