Actually I have confirmed they were German, called Heiku and Bernd. Their mother ovulated twice in one day, made love to her white German husband and a black American lover within hours and both managed to fertilize one of the eggs. This was the only documented case of twins with different parents and belonging to different races.

The twins joined in the ass (but documented as hip) were siamese twins named Millie and Charlotte.

There was also a case of twins born 2 years apart called Victoria and Nicholas James.
