As far as pre-op vs. post-op, I don't have any definitive opinion about it, I respect it as a very personal decision.

I just have the feeling that post-ops are less sexual then pre-ops, but objective accounts on the outcome of surgeries are hard to come by... many say they are happier after surgery, but in my case I rather quote my girlfriend who says: "Better a bird in the hand then two in the bush."

Not that any of this would be of any interest to you anyway.
