This has been all over the Internet. Bella apparently had Kelly Wells tied to a chair, arms down, and somehow whipped her around by her hair (in some manner). The chair tipped over and without her hands to protect her, Kelly hit the ground with her face once... THUMP... bounced up... hit twice... THUMP. Her jaw was broken - badly. As the story allegedly goes, Kelly was then told that she was fine and not to worry about it and offered chinsey buyouts while bleeding profusely and swelling up like a balloon about her face. Finally they took her to the hospital where she received the diagnosis.

Later, a mysterious benefactor was said to pay out $50,000 to Kelly and some kind of hush agreement was said to be signed. That benefactor has been said to be Bella's employer. Unfortunately, and showing the evils, pardon the pun, of the porn industry, this didn't even cover her medical bills let alone all the work lost during the prime of Kelly's porn career. It is hard for a whore to whore during months of having one's jaw wired shut.

This is a huge lawsuit that Kelly could participate in, well within the statute of limitations if it is all true as stated. Finally, adding insult to injury (another pun eh) and the point which seems to be aggravating the esteemed Mr. Kerkove, there have been rumors of Aiden suggesting to others that Skeeter was the one who actually broke Kelly's jaw. Maybe it isn't wise to target the biggest fat mouth of the industry with lies. Perhaps a public apology would be in order? If your company broke someone's jaw, wouldn't it be nice to issue a press release apologizing for the pain and suffering, lost wages, etc? Wouldn't the right thing to do be to provide fair financial restitution to the victim - which would include pain and suffering and lost wages - and not just medical bills? This is a prime example of the dark side of the industry where the extremely rich CYA and don't take care of the talent. I can only wonder if there were also threats of blackballing Kelly from working for certain directors if this news got out?

I'm no fan of Kerkove's in all honesty. I think he's balding white trash and constanty runs at the mouth, but I can understand his concerns if he is really being accused of committing this crime by the perpetrators. Mr. Belladonna should be ashamed if that is the case. You guys clearly aren't reading all these adultfyi stories. It is all in there.
