I'm a New York based 33 year old professional in mainstream film and TV post-production. I have always fantasized about making adult films. I believe that my creativity and perverted mind combined with my vast technical knowledge of video and film making lend me some potential. However, there are a lot of things I need to figure out. 1. What are some talent agencies that might be willing to work with a new kid on the block such as myself? And what other ways have people had success in finding women willing to perform in adult video? I've looked at sexyjobs.com but it's mostly ugly girls that live in East Buttfuck.

2. I want to work with AIM tested people but I don't live in LA or have money to fly people out from LA. Is there anything like AIM in NY or on the East coast? If not, how do I make sure people are clean?

3. Does anyone have a template of a release form that they can send me?

4. What else do I need besides a release form and 2 valid forms of photo ID (over 18) to make it legal?
