One last tip from Chef Burglar, try marinating your steaks (especially t-bones) in a 50-50 mixture of A-1 and Ketchup...I shit you not, then BBQ them after about 2 hours soaking in that marinade...I am serious, dont scoff just cuz I said ketchup, trust me, your taste buds will go nuts...
