You take it home, grind a little black pepper on it and throw on a pinch of seasalt.
Throw it on a hot grill for approximately three to four minutes per side.
Let the meat sit another three or four minutes on your plate while you serve a salad and pour some Makers Mark over ice, then eat it.
If you can't afford or find Prime, buy the best you can. Good beef is so much better without all that gack all over it. You might as well eat it with catchup.
