If you will read the article carefully and not just skim through it, you will notice that in the article it refers to when the person performing the oral sex is the person who is negative and the person receiving the oral sex (aka the person with the dick) is the person who's positive.

In other words, the person Tricia was giving head too would have to be HIV positive. It doesn’t matter is she is the positive one.

So before you state “facts” you might want to make sure you know what you are talking about.
