Can someone please tell me the chances of a women with HIV giving birth to a child with HIV. And what if the father is also HIV positive. Does that increase the risk as well?

Perinatal HIV transmission is a factor the viral level of the mother. At the top end its 25% chance, which can be reduced if you get the viral load down with AZT or some other medication. The real problem is many infected moms are drug addicts, continue the junk and pass that along to the children. I've never seen any research that the father plays any role.
