I don't think that anyone is arguing that any sexual act with a person with an STD of any type is 100% non-risky.

Since I have no issues with learning about more that is being done in research, I read through your links. Aside from the fact that all 3 articles talk about two guys together, here's a few snippets:

study disclaimers from your middle link:
Question:
What are the exact ways that HIV was transmitted in this study?
Answer: Nearly half (3 of 8) of these cases reported oral problems, including occasional bleeding gums. Almost all (7 of 8) of these men reported to have had oral contact with pre-semen or semen.
Of the 8 cases, 4 reported protected anal intercourse, without the condom breaking, with persons who were either HIV infected or had an unknown serostatus.

Translation: the men who are believed to have been infected with HIV were on the receiving end of semen. The originally positive person was a male.

From your first link:
Research has shown that not ejaculating into the mouth of an uninfected person during oral sex may lessen the risk of HIV transmission.

Translation: again, this refers to the positive person being the person who is doing the ejaculating.

From the third link:
The chance of contracting HIV through oral sex is about 1 in 10,000 chance per act, according to [Dr.] Do of the GLMA.

"Various studies have showed this to be the average number, but the science is not very good in this area," he said. “I think it's probably closer to 1 in a million - you probably have a better chance of getting struck by lightning than getting HIV through oral sex."

Anyway, thank you for the links. Since you have a lot more free time than me, could you try to find one that gives info on heterosexual oral sex where the female is the positive person? Oh, and see if they say anything about the female being undetectable.
Not that it matters in the long run... I already said that I said a stupid thing influenced by alcohol.
