Michael Ninn Is Broke

Sometimes a glorious name ain’t enough…especially when you blow feature-like budgets on a 1-day gonzo with 3 scenes (that’s right…all Ninn’s movies have 3 scenes). So, after only 6 months in business with his own company NinnWorx, Mr. Ninn is forced to sell his house in Pismo Beach and move the offices and the whole family to…CORONA, so that he can attempt to pay his debts (he’s also being sued by Eddie Van Halen for the fiasco of the huge party they threw last year). I mean, come on, folks…CORONA??? Even the only two employees of the company are relocating there (one of them is his wife’s first husband, a recovering drug addict that worked for Lynton Appleson selling tranny movies for 5 years). Or maybe they’re just trying to escape the wrath of all the talent that they still haven’t paid from shoots of last February (Ninn actually sent a pathetic letter to all of them in May, explaining that the company had hit a "hard spot" and that they would try to make good…as of now they still haven’t). Ouch…

Jay and I sincerely wish you had contacted us to verify the facts before publication of the libelous remarks that someone has feed you regarding Michael Ninn and his company. We ask that in the future, you would contact the people that actually know what is going on at Ninn Worx to confirm what is real and what is not before running something so blatantly manufactured and damaging to your reputation as a credible reporter.

The only true statement in what you have posted about Ninn Worx, is that Tom Deniro is in fact Mrs. Michael Ninn’s ex-husband and he is a recovering addict that worked for Lynton Appleson. Tom is Ninn Worx General Manager, he is an inspiration and his integrity is solid. That Mr. Deniro sold “tranny movies” is also a true statement, however unimportant.

Ninn Worx is under no financial duress, nor is Michael Ninn himself. Ninn Worx is not being sued by anyone and Ninn Worx has no current record of outstanding debt. If anyone out there feels that they are due money from Ninn Worx, then we’d suggest that they contact Ninn Worx directly. Does anyone truly believe that LA Direct or any other agency would let any talent go unpaid by any producer, for as long as is alleged in this story? We think not, and you know better as well, Luke.

It would be wonderful if the person that is spreading all of these libelous statements would come to Michael himself, or whomever this person has a beef with at Ninn Worx. For the sake of your integrity and credibility Luke, please cease and desist from continuing to carry this person’s attack against Michael Ninn and Ninn Worx any further. Ninn Worx Merges with Spearmint Rhino

CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Ninn Worx has merged with Spearmint Rhino Consulting Worldwide to create Ninn Worx_SR, Incorporated.

Finalized on Monday, the merger agreement calls for the newly-formed company to relocate to a new facility in Norco, Calif., where Ninn Worx president Michael Ninn will manage a Spearmint Rhino video production arm.

"[Spearmint Rhino owner] John Gray has wanted to expand into video production highlighting the Spearmint Rhino network of gentlemen's clubs for a while," said Ninn Worx president Michael Ninn. "I am set to produce video titles for John along with my own productions, now that we have formed Ninn Worx_SR."

Ninn continued, "During the course of the last few months, it became obvious that my ultimate vision for Ninn Worx and John's ultimate vision for Spearmint Rhino shared the synergy to create something unique in adult entertainment, and for us to combine our strengths to present a full spectrum adult entertainment industry model. I have wanted our contract girls to move into the live performance end of the adult entertainment industry, and this will open up unlimited avenues for our present contract stars, Jana Jordan and Heather Vuur, as well as our future contract starlets, to perform live in the Spearmint Rhino clubs across the globe."

Ninn Worx began self-distributing its product earlier this year and has since taken on distribution for outside labels such as Woodman Entertainment, Supercore, Moire Candy and Jazmin Media. According to a company press release, "the merger with Spearmint Rhino places Ninn Worx in an excellent position to expand marketing and distribution opportunities in the global market, as well as retaining their existing hold on the domestic market."

The facility in Norco will house corporate offices, club management, production and distribution arms of the new company. The official move is scheduled to take place this Friday.

The first Michael Ninn-directed production under the merger label is scheduled for September 2007 release.
