I don't see a contradiction in Rudy's position. Even some abortion supporters acknowledge that Roe v Wade was an absolute fucking travesty. If there is to be a constitutional right to abortion, it should be via a constitutional amendment written by the elected legistators and ratified by the states, not "interpreted" by life appointees from a document that clearly said no such thing.

If Roe vs Wade is struck down, it doesn't outlaw abortion, it merely reverts to the states.
