I think the relevance of HD in porn is greatly overstated. For the last year or so plenty of companies have released movies with 'Shot in HD' on the box. And released them on standard DVD.

Gonzo on HD is just a dumb idea and a pointless expense for the studios and fans IMO. Unless customers demand higher quality jerk material, what's the point other than winning a pissing match with the competition?
