You're probably right.

the mood of the public and prosecutors these days is not use kid-gloves anymore especially after the Paris hilton fiasco. Frankly if she ends up in jail for 12 months it might finally knock some sense into stupid but rich crowd.

Possible but unlikely, im counting the days until Paris gets nailed again
