Any reason why no one has had the bright idea to pay some B list "entertainer" big bucks to do a porn. Say you were to offer $2M to Antonella Barba from American Idol to do a porn. I believe you would more than make your money back just from the curiosity factor. She's never gonna see that kind of money otherwise. There are many candidates.

I've already made the case for Playmates HERE and judging from the talk over on ADT, Jewel De'Nyle seems to be the only one listening, with everyone seemingly agreeing that Nikki Ziering (nee Scheiler) was on the verge of making her hardcore debut for Jewel's nascent company Platinum Jewel. Failing that, Jewel is apparently also making inroads with some lesser-known pro wrestling valet-type chicks.

Nothing achieved yet, but at least she's trying.

Private also made some half-hearted (or more like half-assed) moves in this direction, which I have commented upon HERE. Frankly, some of the names they are throwing around beggar belief, but I guess that is just indicative of the state of their upper management at the time. I believe the intention behind it was correct though...hardcore sex is beginning to creep into a lot of European 'arthouse' films like 'All About Anna', 'Nine Songs' etc., so tiny cracks are starting to appear in the dam, but I don't think I'll see Jessica Alba doing anal on the big screen in my lifetime.

You would think a company like Vivid would be all over it...celebrity plus production value equals hot product...people don't want to pay top dollar for some piss-poor camcorder footage. They will pay for professional quality though.

It's going to take someone bold, audacious and visionary to make it happen and open the floodgates...Jewel, it would seem, is currently the only one thinking outside the box, but I think it would need someone with a Vivid/Wicked/Digital Playground-size pocketbook to actually pull it off.

one word....HUSTLER...Larry Flynt definitely has the money for this. You're talking about a guy that pays 10's of thousands just to get dirt on politicians, so that he can call them hypocrites. For some reason, the companies just dont think its a good business move, in Mr. Flynt's case, I dont think he'd even care about the money, but may get a kick out of seeing his favorite celebrity girl get fucked.

Nikki Ziering in porn would have been huge, her and Jewel could have made a heap of scratch.

Using former WWE female wrestlers/managers(not skanks from the old ECW or Rob Black's old wrestling promotion) would be a goldmine, and the porn world would most likely treat them better than Vince McMahon did.

Im not so sure about the WWE girls, they often pose for playboy...any ideas on how much that pays?(Im asking, I really dont know) If they can make a ton of money just posing, why go hardcore? A lot of the wwe girls have already done softcore porn, candace michelle has done several for instance. I think youd have a better chance with the b list actresses as stated earlier.

Producers shouldn't just focus on US celebrities either, but instead cast the net wide as the internet affords them a global audience...for example, I imagine very few people who post on XPT live in Japan, but we all know who Reon Kadena is.

It should also be pointed out that in certain countries, you get a lot more bang for your buck due to favourable exchange rates, so money just might talk a little louder in certain foreign lands. Eastern Europe, Latin America, South East Asia...you might have to fly the talent in or to an equidistant location, but it's certainly doable...as is Filipina actress Francine Prieto...veerrrryyy doable!
