Remember that lady who sued McDonalds a few yrs. ago because her coffee lid slipped off and coffee landed on her? Well, she originally won 3 million in a lawsuit,but upon appeal; it was reduced to $100,000 dollars. Take away the lawyers fee and she really didnt get much. People sue for everything.If someone slips and falls,lawsuit.Whatever happened to just being clumsy? Car accident? They sue the car manufacture,even thou they were probably reckless drivers.
