It's horrific but sadly a reality...you can only imagine the beverage service on board, as Smartt brings cups of cocoa, tea and coffee to the passengers, and the passenger(s) ask for extra cream, whereby Smartt exclaims "Behold My MIGHTY...half and half dispenser...do you mind sir?
