Indeed it is, indeed it is. But I achieved to put down some sites with links and torrents of entire DVDs, and managed to convince some torrent services to filter certain words (nicks of notorious rippers, names of companies, etc).

That's pretty cool man, no wonder DVD sales are in the toilet right now. I don't know how these fuckers get away with it.



They do get away cause some companies are too lazy to care.

In the particular case of the sites that use Rapidshare to host their files, the solution is relatively easy. I just mail a list of links to their abuse system, they take down the links and blacklist the files.
