I come from the school of though that one of the reasons an 18 or 19 year old girl new to the business lasts on average four to six months is the old (and usually very ugly male talent, let alone creepy ass producers) out there thats two times their age and old enough to be their daddy.

I also come from the school of thought that its only a matter of time before all the younger talent and producers come together with better business practices, mentality and use of technology in production, promotion and advertising and force the old farts out.

Unfortunately Donny Long has answered that call.
