The news clip was hilarious. I like how they classified one lawyer as representing the "fake" Syvette, and the other as representing the "real" girl.
As far as the lawsuit goes, I think the "real" Syvette could win. Despite winning, I don't see her getting awarded that much in damages. No matter how much she is awarded, it doesn't seem like the "fake" Syvette has that much money to pay anyway.
The whole thing is really weak. It's weak to steal a person's name. It's also weak to sue over it. The porn girl could have used "Syvette" and then made up or modified the last name.
It doesn't matter. She wasn't all that hot anyway. How did she get into a vivid title? I thought their girls were supposed to be the hottest of the hot.
