I thought people usually put a little more than that into the expression. But if one adopts your wide view of the term, then the statement "viewers of pornography are generally speaking vouyers" becomes a mere tautology. In that case every porno viewer is a vouyer by definition.

Also, would one not expect less participation among people who get off on watching something as compared to what must be the more common kick; participating?
