I'm with Smutmutant and Gen on this one, but I'm so sick of all the people over there that I am beyond wasting the bombs on them, how about we pull almost all the troops out of Iraq except for a large air base in the north (which we will probably need for future activity in the middle east) and then open up Saddam's cell and say to the people here you go it is what you seem to want, and let him run the country again. It seems the only thing these people understand is the iron will of a dictator. They didn't fight for their own country against Saddam and when we did it for them this is the thanks we get. In a perfect world out of all of the middle east I thought that Iraq was bordering on being civilized enough to be saved I was wrong the actions of the populace have proven me otherwise. I do realize that the vast majority of iraq's people are not the terrorists but they don't seem to be against them either.
