I have to disagree. The military goes out of it's way to lessen civilian casualties. These awful excuses for human beings go out of their way to increase them. Yes innocent people die in war what war has this not happened in? There is never an excuse for out and out murder! If they were fighting for their country they would be fighting military not civilian targets. They are not soldiers they are murderers plain and simple.
