Y'know, this isn't such an implausible idea...where do you propose the weighing/BMI calculation would take place? Imagine the furious regimes undertaken in the hours before check-in as the erstwhile passengers frantically attempt to 'cut weight' for the weigh-in. You could have treadmills and saunas in every terminal.
