Just moved from Hollywood to B.H. I love it- no hipsters, no noise. My best friend found me a 1 bedrm in his building. He lives one floor below and when we hang, he drives but we take my car. Just 10 ppl in the bldg and I'm top floor in corner with just 1 neighbor beside me- a very seemingly sweet, elderly Jewish man who has been there forever. You can't beat a rent controlled apt.
