Neighbors to the West are a nice family with a couple of kids. Respectful and not too rowdy unless they're on their mini quad things. Neighbors to the East are idiots. Serious idiots. The kind of family who make you believe in eugenics. They bought a new pool a few weeks ago, cost I dunno how much. Put it up, filled it and then their youngest idiot son immediately broke it, spilling hundreds of gallons of water into their yard. Luckily, they're a ways a way from my place but still in range of a scoped rifle.
