My next door neighbor is a Korean War veteran. Grumpy, old cranky guy who goes to bed at 6pm and by 3am is awake playing
big band music. I hate that.

My neighbor across the street is a Japanese family that paid 600,000 dollars cash for their house and is financing the rest. They don't speak any English. The father/husband works for the Japanese Embasy.

My neighbor to the left is a mixed family. They got white, black and Puerto Rican in them. Don't know much about them except they have a daughter named April about 22 yrs' old that is a nice piece of ass.
