That was around 11pm going westbound on the 10 fwy near the 605. There isn't much traffic there. Best fwy. to fly on is the 210. There isn't alot of traffic and even fewer cops there.

Your right thou, anywhere near LA, Long Beach, downtown or the valley-its bumper to bumper parking lot hell.
