Fitz is right. Li'l Kim did a year for lying to the Grand Jury. Martha Stewart did time for lying to the FBI. Why should Scooter be treated any differently? Even Nixon had the grace (or sense) to let his minions go to prison rather than pardon them or commute their sentences. Of course, Nixon had a House that had the numbers to impeach him, which, in the end, drove him to resign. Bush doesn't have that problem.
