Um, only in one sense. Libby has been through far more legal hell than Paris. And Libby still has a $250k fine to pay, which is a far bigger sum to him than Paris...

Oddly I agree with Bush-the-lesser on this one - what Libby was accused and convicted of doesn't merit such a harsh sentence. Libby got nailed mainly so they didn't want to come away from the Plame thing empty-handed and couldn't get anyone for outing Plame.

And for the obligatory Clinton reference: Marc Rich. Bush-the-lesser might have pardoned a friend, but Clinton sold his pardon for campaign donations.
