Yes, that is Kaylani Lei...Luke can't be expected to know that, though. After all, she's only a Wicked Pictures contract girl (the fact she is clearly at the Wicked Pictures stand is a big clue ). They never advertise or do any PR/promotion whatsoever, yet they are still one of the biggest companies in the biz...it's a mystery. What's a bigger mystery is that Luke knows who Kaylani is, because she was on an episode of Digtial Playground's webcast show that he was covering. (See HERE)
