Regarding domain names, if they are available, they are up for grabs, first come, first serve. No permission is required to register them. The bulk of porn star names are not owned by the actual starlet. IMHO porn stars should be more on the ball if they want their domain name. It's just another example of not taking their career seriously. On the other hand, the vast majority never actually get a website going so for practical purposes I'm not sure it matters much anyway.
