adultbizlaw.com was already taken. ;-)
Oh, well then I can see why you had to resort to jizzbizlaw.com!
Did you ever just think about using "<insert your name here> Attorney At Law" or some other innocuous name? Why is it that every "professional" that wants to do business with people in the adult industry feels like they have to 'dumb themselves down' to our level?
Do we go to the 'Cum In My Mouth Dental Office" or take our pets to the "Fuck My Fat Wet Pussy Veterinary Clinic?" We're just like anyone else, when we need to do serious business with professionals, we want them to be just that, professional.
Do you think we want our ceases and desist notices and subpoenas to go out from a lawyer whose website URL is JizzBizLzw.com? That's absurd.
Yes of course I thought about that and I appreciate your feedback. I already have an existing website with a regular domain name with my name. I also have xbizlaw.com. Does that one sound serious enough for you? I'm not sure why you assume that domain name is an attempt to "dumb down" anything. Must a blog about the adult law topics be deadly serious? It's a blog, not a law review article. I'm not trying to put people to sleep. The name was an attempt to create a lighthearted domain that would be easy to remember and easily recognizable by members of the adult community. I think it succeeds on those levels. Your examples of the dental and vet offices are not good ones. "Jizz Biz" is an informal name for the adult industry that people use all the time. "Cum in my Mouth" is not related to dentistry in any way.
Also, in passing, it's probably best to comply with discovery requests regardless of the name of a law firm's domain. A judge is not going to be amused at a motion to compel hearing if the respondent's defense for non-compliance is "Their domain name is not professional."
