Donny's making headlines again. Luke posts: On Friday, Donny Long forwarded me an email describing the porn reviewer Snowman (Raincoatreviews.com) as a pathetic stalker. I forwarded the email (published on Adultfyi) to Snowman and got back this response Sunday from Snowman aka attorney Michael Crosson: Hello Luke - Thank you for forwarding that e-mail to me. I am a licensed California attorney although I generally do not splash my real name and contact information all over my adult industry related forum. I am available to represent individuals and companies in the adult industry in legal matters however and will be starting an adult law blog shortly at jizzbizlaw.com. I have a online female stalker named Cynthia (aka "Tweety") who has been harassing me for several years because I was not interested in dating her. She has never met me and lives across the country in Alabama. It’s a twisted love situation. This person dreamed of marrying me and starting a family and it devastated her when I wasn’t thrilled with the idea. Cynthia mostly knows me from an online flirting chatroom although for a brief time over two years ago, we talked on the telephone. I sincerely believe that Cynthia is an emotionally disturbed person who needs professional help. My stalker is aware of my website and one of her favorite ways to try and hassle me lately is sending out outrageous e-mails to adult industry personalities who participate on my forum or I have other dealings with. She reads my forum and blogs religiously so she has a good idea who these people are. One never knows what accusations she will make in the e-mails which are often sent anonymously. She has also contacted various government agencies such as the State Bar, IRS and FBI to make similar, unsupported allegations. Most of her allegations contain a small kernel of truth that has been twisted and distorted beyond recognition or are her own behaviors projected on to myself. At other times, her allegations are pure fiction. The letter you received was forwarded by (male talent) Donny Long perhaps working in conjunction with Don Fernando. Both of these individuals were recently banned on my discussion forum after acting inappropriately. Mr. Long has repeatedly posted highly disturbing, abusive messages about his ex (Asian starlet) Lana Croft and is unhappy that his recent domestic violence plea was getting publicized. Mr. Fernando is unhappy because his posts on the forum were moderated after excessive self promotion. Mr. Fernando posted dozens of messages in dozens of threads shilling the latest projects he was working on. Offline I discovered he was actually running down myself, my studio and the forum to anyone who would listen. Fortunately, Fernando’s sphere of influence mostly seems limited to gullible, barely legal Asian starlets who are new in the industry. My obsessive stalker has been in contact with Mr. Fernando for some time telling him who knows what. I have been aware of this for months as she told me herself although Mr. Fernando chose to keep it a secret while pretending to be a friend. Earlier this week, Mr. Fernando requested that his posts no longer be moderated on the forum. When I refused, he became nasty and as a last resort revealed he has been in communication with my stalker and would attempt to use information she provided him in retaliation. Information about Don Fernando’s shenanigans on the website can be found in this thread. Apparently, Cynthia has also contacted Mr. Long now with predictable results. Last night Donny Long sent me the following threat in e-mail after posting the same thing you forwarded to me on my forum. Long also forwarded the same silly information to AdultFYI.
"what comes around goes around loser. Go grow a bigger dick and get a life then maybe you will get laid you stalker faggot! You ever talk shit about me again and the post will get much worse! you are hated by many people. I work with all the asain porn girls and they all know about you now! you fucked with the wrong person dickhead go wrack off"
Again, Mr. Long is unhappy because he has been banned for abusive behavior on the forum toward myself and Lana Croft. He also is displeased when he receives other negative publicity in reaction to his own postings on forums or his own blogs. For instance, on his MySpace he recently admitted to blackmailing a new starlet into participating in a shoot she did not want perform in. Donny Long wrote:

I signed her up with goldstar and they got her working and one morning I get a call from Joel and he is telling me she is flaking on a shoot and this was not her first shoot! She claimed to be sick throwing up in riverside without a ride to the shoot in Malibu. After the threats to tell her job she showed up to the shoot."
In my view, this is highly illegal and this type of behavior should not be tolerated by others in the adult industry. If he is on probation for the domestic violence plea, he likely broke the terms of his agreement.I would strongly caution anyone who chooses to associate with Don Fernando or Donny Long to be extremely careful and watch their back. As for my stalker, she’s just a mixed up and lonely girl who needs therapy and medication. I feel sorry for her and I wish she could find happiness. I fear if she does not get the help she needs, she will sink ever deeper into mental illness.

Does that one sound serious enough for you? I'm not sure why you assume that domain name is an attempt to "dumb down" anything. Must a blog about the adult law topics be deadly serious? It's a blog, not a law review article. I'm not trying to put people to sleep. The name was an attempt to create a lighthearted domain that would be easy to remember and easily recognizable by members of the adult community. I think it succeeds on those levels. Your examples of the dental and vet offices are not good ones. "Jizz Biz" is an informal name for the adult industry that people use all the time. "Cum in my Mouth" is not related to dentistry in any way.
Also, in passing, it's probably best to comply with discovery requests regardless of the name of a law firm's domain. A judge is not going to be amused at a motion to compel hearing if the respondent's defense for non-compliance is "Their domain name is not professional."

Let's put it this way: Donny's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. He's about twelve cans short of a six-pack. In the grand scheme of things, a lawsuit is the absolute least of his worries. It's like watching Wile E. Coyote in action: One of these days, a gigantic Acme-Brand anvil is going to drop on top of him due to causes he himself set in motion. All I will say is, as a general proposition, it's easy for people to make up anything about anyone, especially on the Internet where people foolishly act with reckless abandon. Backing it up with supporting facts is another story. Just because someone says something, doesn't make it true.
As I said before, those who feel individuals like Don Fernando and Donny Long are more credible than myself are entitled to their opinion. Nor am I concerned if everyone in the world doesn't like me. I always try to conduct business in the most professional manner possible and my record stands for itself. I know I am honest and follow the Golden Rule as much as possible. I don't need the validation of random people who don't even know me or haters with an axe to grind because they got hurt their psychotic behavior was exposed on my forum.

I offered general thoughts to explain why I am not going to defend myself against silly allegations by someone who was banned for life from my own forum. I did not, nor will I address Mr. Long's specific beefs, which don't even appear to relate to him and really are none of his business.

I offered general thoughts to explain why I am not going to defend myself against silly allegations by someone who was banned for life from my own forum. I did not, nor will I address Mr. Long's specific beefs, which don't even appear to relate to him and really are none of his business.
And he keeps on doing it.
