There is no such law, to my knowledge, about posting/publishing one's likeness unless it's done on video. You willingly posed for a photograph, end of story.

...and even video is fair game, to my knowledge, when it's done in public, as is photography or any other means of recording some "exercising their freedom of speech" (a press pass doesn't hurt either when working in public)
