we don't have crows where I live. can you reach the nest/birds with a can of wd-40 and a lighter? homemade flamethrower is cool. potato gun, maybe. reach them with a weedwhacker? burn/cut the tree down. get a free cat from a local shelter and tie it to the branch outside your window.
