I once worked with a man who came home to find a bird(don't know the species) flying around in his living room. His solution was to find his compound bow. It only took two shots to dispatch of the bird but I would have loved to have been there when he explained the situation to his wife.

On the subject of owls, are they talking full grown turkeys and raccoons? That is something I would want to see before I believe it.
