In my personal bedroom life I've noticed women are desensitized to 'whore' 'bitch' 'slut'. They either like the terms straight out; embrace them ironically; perhaps even take them as empowering- we don't have to be demure virgins anymore! I find attacks on their intelligence to really throw them off. If the girl is attractive throw in a 'bimbo' or 'airhead'. Weak guys have been blowing wind up her ass all her life telling her how interesting she is and this taps into her insecurity (read: the truth) that she's not that witty and charming after all - she's banal and interchangable.
