A lot depends on what you mean by “doing drugs”. Shooting heroin? Smoking pot? Getting drunk? In my book you did drugs if you can’t remember where you were last night even if you just drank light beer or whatever.

The main effect of porn is that a girl who flipped burgers and perhaps smoked a little pot before now has the money to smoke quite a lot (and perhaps has the cash to experiment with harder drugs) as well as going out and partying every night. Also, if your sphincter is sufficiently flexible you can show up pretty hung over and still work whereas in the Real World the boss might have a quicker trigger finger to fire you for tardiness or not being ready to work, etc.

(by this mean I mean doing porn may allow the girl to expose issues she already had as opposed to porn causing them).
