If porn girls got paid what they were worth with all the back-end money and royalties, then a contract could (and indeed should) be extremely lucrative. Like I say, with the VOD age dawning, I think porn will start to become a lot more meritocratic and pay will become intrinsically linked to performance rather than a catch-all flat rate.
