I thought it was real until the guy told her to go back to Kansas or wherever the fuck she is from. She replied, "I'm from Pittsburgh." If the girl was in such emotional distress, I doubt she'd care enough about her home town to correct him. Maybe she said "Pissburgh." I couldn't really understand her through all that blubbering.
