No, no ... there's something much deeper here. And it's NOT acting. Please ... do you think these girls are THAT talented. They can't string a simple dialogue sentence together in 23 takes on a Wicked set!!?

No, it's a strange release trigger in the brain that they must unlock and let's them say ... "In this scene I'm going to completely allow all my deeply hidden emotions about my poor self-esteem surrounding my job to just come flooding through in this scene. And whatever happens ... happens."

I honestly don't think even they expect the end result.
