You guys don't seem to understand that it's all about the woman and her concept of how she looks, not about whether or not you like the way her tits look naked. Porn is just a tiny portion of her life. Remember that most people wear clothes most of the time and a boob job generally looks good in clothes. It probably makes them fit her better up top. She has to live with that body 24/7 and the new boobs may make her feel a lot more confident and better about herself. Get a clue and quit bitchin' about what someone else does to their own body.
